These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of interpreting our cognitive workspace, artificial intelligence tools, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using a valid email address via a third-party authentication provider (e.g., Google OAuth). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

The Service allows you to submit, post, store, and share notes, text, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights that you hold in your User Content.
By submitting User Content to Astrivya, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and analyze your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and provide the Service to you. The Service utilizes automated artificial intelligence systems to generate reflections and insights. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses are probabilistic and should not be relied upon as factual, medical, legal, or professional advice.
The Service may integrate with or provide links to third-party services, including Google LLC, for authentication and API functionality. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed strictly by those third parties' respective terms and policies.
Astrivya, its visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code, and all other elements of the Service (excluding User Content) are protected by intellectual property and other laws. All such materials are the property of Astrivya or our third-party licensors.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, in our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that the service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
In no event shall Astrivya, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Astrivya and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
